Madison, NJ – October 26, 2010 – Brinton Eaton, a wealth advisory firm, today announced that it has named Melissa Archuleta Assistant Director of Operations. Melissa brings a decade of experience in operations work for financial services firms, including accounting, compliance, technology and human resources functions.

Melissa will be accountable to senior management in her role of establishing and executing operating procedures, enhancing technology and communication platforms, and liaising with outside vendors in areas such as human resources and purchasing. Additionally, Melissa will be responsible for compliance activities, including: running annual audit activities and conducting monthly and quarterly compliance reviews.

Prior to joining Brinton Eaton, Melissa spent seven years at Kabrik Trading, a broker dealer based in New York. She served as Director of Operations, responsible for managing firm-wide operations in accounting, information technology, compliance, human resources and back-office administration for the trading operation. Before being promoted to Director of Operations at Kabrik, Melissa served as Director of Information Technology. Earlier in her career, she worked as Accounting Systems Project Manager at Gordon, Hughes & Banks, an accounting and consulting firm based in Colorado.
